What is the FDA-approved use of Daily Tadalafil?

Daily tadalafil is FDA-approved for:

  • Daily treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men.
  • Treatment of signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
  • Combined treatment of ED and BPH when both conditions are present.

Limitations of Use:

  • Not recommended for men with severe cardiovascular disease.
  • Requires regular monitoring of blood pressure and cardiovascular status.
  • Not suitable for men taking nitrates or alpha-blockers.

Daily dosing provides continuous treatment but requires careful medical supervision.

Who should not use Daily Tadalafil?

Do not use Daily Tadalafil if:

  • You are taking nitrates for chest pain or guanylate cyclase stimulators.
  • You have severe cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled blood pressure.
  • You have severe liver or kidney impairment.
  • You are taking certain medications that interact with tadalafil daily.

How should Daily Tadalafil be administered?

Take one tablet at the same time each day, with or without food. Do not take more than one tablet per day.

Important: Daily tadalafil provides continuous effects. Do not take additional ED medications while on daily therapy.

  • Upper respiratory infection (3% to 8%)

  • Urinary tract infection (2% to 6%)

Cardiovascular

  • Hypotension
  • Myocardial infarction

Reproductive

  • Priapism

Ophthalmic

  • Non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy

Otic

  • Sudden hearing loss
