What is the FDA-approved use of Tadalafil Chewables?
Chewable tadalafil provides:
- •Treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men with faster onset than standard tablets.
- •Same long-lasting effects as regular tadalafil (up to 36 hours).
- •Improved convenience for men who have difficulty swallowing tablets.
Limitations of Use:
- •Chewable formulation may have different absorption characteristics.
- •Not recommended for men with severe cardiovascular disease.
- •Should not be used with other PDE5 inhibitors.
Chewable formulation provides convenience but requires same precautions as regular tadalafil.
Who should not use Tadalafil Chewables?
Do not use Tadalafil Chewables if:
- •You are taking nitrates for chest pain or guanylate cyclase stimulators.
- •You have severe cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled blood pressure.
- •You have severe liver or kidney impairment.
- •You are allergic to tadalafil or any chewable tablet ingredient.
How should Tadalafil Chewables be administered?
Chew the tablet completely before swallowing. Can be taken with or without food. Take at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.
Important: Do not exceed one tablet per day. The chewable formulation may work faster than regular tablets but has the same duration.

- •Priapism
Ophthalmic
- •Non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy
Otic
- •Sudden hearing loss
